Hair extensions didnt change color why??

I bought Human Hair from Sallys is a Auburn color since that was the lightest one they had. I went home and bleached my own hair as well as the extensions and after 30min my hair was white/gold and the extensions had NO change. I washed my hair out but left the extensions for another 30 min. STILL NO CHANGE.... what happend?? Should i do it again or try to find a lighter color hair extension??? I have always been able to dye the extensions th color i wanted, but this time they didnt budge at all.

Take them back..if they say they are real hair you should be able to dye them! i died mine blonder before and it worked fine! I also buy mine from Sallys x

Are you sure it was real hair? Sounds to me as if it was likely to be man made stuff. I would take it to another hairdressers and ask them to have a look at it for you.

just color the extensions and your hair a darker color and try that look for a few days to a month if you like it.
