and last for years
you can dye them or do pretty much anything with them

Too much $$

http://b4.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/...14...
Although I couldn't see your pic most beauty supply stores carry them. They either glue, braid or clip in and you can cut them to the length you want.
it takes a few seconds. after you put it on your head use your blow dryer on medium heat and blow it on the part where the glue was. it should stay for a long time:)
if you are willing to pay. try jean yip expected to pay %26gt;$250

Will you be offering a range of styles? Including a chastity belt plait maybe? Are we talking rainbow colours or natural hair colours? That is a plan which could take off, or "go down" like a tonne of hot bricks.
one word....hotcakes!!!
nothing quite like going downtown and finding MORE hair than should be there in the first place

TRY : Ah Beng %26amp; Ah Lian Hair Salon At Geylang Lorong 18. Really cheap.Charges : Hair extension for girls: $3.00 only
thank you...
why don't you go to hair extension websites, and order them online
Would you place it in the Lost and Found?
No, I would glue wiggle eyes to it and adopt it as a new pet.
Yes, unless you know whose it is.
Hey! That was my cat!
no, just throw it away...or secretly try to match it to the backs of your co-workers hair when they aren't looking...that is a fun office game
I'd make fun of it first...
Wear it.
I'd try to find out whose it is...discretely. They'll appreciate it.
I would wear it and see if anyone recognized me :)
Hang it from the wall. Through the flourescence lighting so you make sure everyone can see.
Yes i would as I'm sure the owner would be looking for it!!! lol. Unless you secretly knew who owned it and inconspicuously placed it somewhere near their desk etc where they could find it.
I would probably be as embarrassed as the person that lost it is. I would try and find the owner, without making a big issue out of it.
I would think the safest way on your hair would be to braid your natural hair and sew in the extentions. that way your own hair will not be damaged in the process, and you can have pretty flowing hair in the meantime!
no
pony yankie. no
just because i'm vain...indulge me huh?
yeah most (of) black celebrities wear lace wigs!
specifically crocheting

It depends. Are your extensions in all the time, or do you take them out during the night. You should wash them twice a week. Make sure u comb with a large toothed comb as well!
i just wash them in a sink once a week with normal shampoo if i wear them everyday.
well first let me say thanx all 4 reading...ok well my problem is tat i want to get exatention but i dont kno which ones r better...well i like the extention called "COLD FUSHION" because alot of ppl are telling me that theyre da best but cost alot...can u pleas tell me anymore informations or anything i need 2 kno about them...thanx
Well, I went to my reg. hair salon and I guess they started doing hair extenstions, a couple of the girls went to Las Vegas for a week and trained. I have been gong to this salon for 14 years and really trust them. They are really popular and trendy. I paid $650, its real hair. I didn't get the lengthening in, that would of been well over 1500. I just got thickening. They put them in for me, its real hair, I get my hair cut and colored as I usually do. It lasts 7months, sometimes even longer. I would recommend highly, have a professional do it and its real hair. She used like a hot iron to put 100 pieces in my hair. I love it, my hair is so thick and i have fine hair. It makes a total difference. They gave me protein shampoo and conditioner to use, a protein spray for when my hair is wet and a bore bristle brush to use on dry hair. I love em, hope that helps!
I just want the name of the application and how they do it. Thank you.
Those are linkies. :]
This is how you do it:
http://www.doctoredlocks.com/store/demo/...
No clue. But it looks crazy. XD
they're called fusions I think.
Hairlocs Hair Extensions
http://www.hairextensionguide.com/septem...
Yes - very easy to put in yourself. Watch Ken Paves show you how its done at this site: http://clipinhairextensions.weebly.com/h...
yes. the techinque is like a clip and go thing. they are very easy to put in. And they are for busy women on the go but want to have different hair styles. Hope I helped. Have a good day.bye
I bought the long striaght synthetic ones and they are okay. They tangle easy and you can't really brush them because the hair will fall out, and the texture is a lot differerent from human hair, so i am going to buy the human ones next. Make sure you exactly match your color and it will be less obvious. They are pretty easy to put in but it takes a few tries to find the right spot on your head so that you can't see the line/bump through your hair, but it you tease your hair at the crown it helps. I love them for a night out but they are too itchy and hot to wear during the day. Hope this helps!
http://glamourhair.com/
It will give all the info!!!
I honestly dont care
yep where have you been.
her hair went from just below her sholder to down to her hims in just a few months.
YEAH u can totally tell! her hair isso short with out
I don't know, and I don't care.
Why do you?
I think she does
Everyone in Hollywood does.
Yes she does. Her hair is long, but its not that long. I love her extensions though. They are gorgeous! I want some, but My mom said they are too expensive.
EDIT: And just because she has extentions, doesnt mean she is fake. Maybe she wanted her hair longer and it doesnt grow that fast. My hair has never been past my shoulders. Thats why I want extentions.
éł?br>Dose miley cyrus have hair extension?
Yah I'm pretty sure she did. She had a little over shoulder length hair at the end of last season and then when she got back from Europe you saw her hair to her hips. She also dyed her hair a little darker. I like it!
She does have hair extensions.
Because she is "Trying to grow her hair out, and the extensions give her a little extra length for now."
having hair extensions doesn't make you fake it just means you want longer or fuller or maybe a different color or maybe a haircut without cutting your real hair, and if it doesn't matter why ask the question.
If so how does it work and how do you like it?
its works really well...but its very expensive...you have to buy the hair, which they 'fuse' to your hair with a wax bond...they last for about 6 months though...because after this time the bonds will start to show through...my friend got 6 put into her hair...which wasnt the best idea...she ended up riping 2 of them out..and when you do this all the hair that it is bonded to comes out with it from the root...if you were going to have lenght added to your hair that could be up to 50 bonds and could run you about $1200 to $2000 depending on lenght and ammount
i have friends that have and i think they like it as for how it works i have no idea
are those the ones that they "glue" or attach induvidial strands of
real human hair on your hair, and it makes a little bead instead
of tracks marks? those are the ones I've had. I'm White, and they were a little expensive but they lasted a long time (kinky african
american hair is easier to do that with, because the hair is more
textured and hold much longer
expensive...loved it..u should get it
basicly, its the upperclass white version of "tracks". Because white gurls hair isn't that frizzy texture, it takes more than some hair glue from the hair shop. Infusion is where they melt scalding hot wax into your scalp and insert the fake hair. then it hardens and alls you can see is little 'raindrops' near the scalp. Its not bad for your hair, but if you get to brush happy then you'll end up pulling the fake and real hair out and thats gonna leave you balheaded for a while. Different hair salons have different prices. some charger for the hair, the service and supplies. Others give you an all inclusive price, which is usually $600.00 and up.
yes they do and theyre my fave! i have a bunch of different color sets. on www.hairextensions.com you'll find out how to use them. the video takes a while to load.
If you want to get extensions, you need to get them done at the Salon. Doing them by yourself can damage your hair.
all you have to do is take care of them. also you have to be your self.
As far as i know, if you go to http://www.hairextensions.com/?engine=cl... it is a website made by jessica simpson where she sells hair extensions. I think there is an explanation on how to use them there.
the one Jessica Simpson made are like $100. they look pretty real but they dont hav like every color hair.
how much usually and which salooon do u recommend?
=P
thanks

darling, u can get it at saloon ..dear,,..
like wat are the average rage of them
I went to an expensive salon, Im a white female and wanted someone who had worked with white hair and fusions aka the glue. I got Great Lengths extensions, which is the type of hair. And I paid 1300 dollars and that didnt include removal. The process took 12 hours. Two separate days. It also included dying my hair and cutting it prior to ordering the hair, so we got an exact match.
And also the price doesnt change much if you change the length. I got 12 inches added. And I started with hair that was like 3 inches long and ended up with hair half way down my back.
The salon I went to was Pave' and owned by Ken Pave' whom is jessica simpsons hair stylist.
But I am sure you can find something much cheaper.
Hope this helps.
umm
around 200
They usually start at about $100. It depends first you buy the hair then you pay to have them put in. Depending on the application weave or glue. That is alot of the price difference. Just remember if you are serious about putting out the money buy the real hair, not synthetic you can't put heat to synthetic hair. It is worth the money
I'm not sure you can get hair extension glue out. Maybe try trimming the top of the carpet pile with small scissors?
Here's a website with instructions for removing 'normal' glue -
http://www.helium.com/tm/225864/particul...
soap, hot water and keep on scrubbing!
if it has hardened off then there's no use ..
pour about a shot glass full of bleach on it, and scrub with a brillo pad. instant stain remover.
try some goo gone it will help melt the glue, is it for track hair or the fusion hair? either way try that or wd40 they both work well. if you put water on it dry it good first then use the other. the goo gone is an adhesive remover you can find it in wal-mart or hardware store. the fusion may take a bit longer to remove, spot test the carpet in a small spot first, it may bleed or mess it up. acetone mixed with the wd40 works good for the fusion glue.
That glue is terrible to get out , It will set in quick . You can try to put the remover on it they sell in the beauty supply store .
Also,I have used any oil I have on hand as well, just pour it on it and it will loosen alittle and turn slimy , you then need to get a fine tooth comb and start combing through the carpet.Repeat this process til you get most out.
Some may be too stuck to come out.
Follow up with carpet clean to get the remover/oil out .
Whatever doesn't come out you will need to cut out.
You are in luck- I've been in a similar predicament and this always works.
Use a blow dryer to melt the glue if it is not still wet, and wipe it up with a cloth (focus on lifting rather than wiping.) Depending on the type of glue, you may need to wet the cloth with a little white vinegar.
If this does not completely work, wet the area with warm water and start again.
If there are any glue remnants after repeating the process, you can always trim the carpet using scissors or a sweater shaver that gets the fuzz balls off. ;)
I've done this with nail glue, candle wax (works better with paper towels that just absorb the wax as it melts) paste, kids paint, and various other little accidents. I have unforgiving white carpet but this has worked every time!
I'm wondering how YOUR experience was? How long did it last? Was it tough to maintain? What advice can you share?
I am on my 3rd set of great length hair extensions, they are fab! They normally last me 4 and a half months and they are easy to maintain! Shop around for prices though as it can be very expensive. I have mine done where I work so I only pay for the hair so it only costs me 11 for 125 strands at 40cm. But if I had to pay to have it done it would of cost me 00, so shop around for quotes! And the DO NOT give you head aches, for the first day your head my feel a little sensitive but after that you will be fine! Good luck!
i DOnt know
You usually have to re do them every 6 weeks, and they give you really bad headaches.
Your Question is a LITTLE Vague !
But try http://www.hairextentions.com or or hairquestions.com or hairproducts.com
Strands of hair which have been sewn along one edge to create a line of hair.
Hand Tied: The wefts have been pre cut to approximately 10 inch pieces and have been sewn by hand to make the smallest wefting possible for the most invisible look. Pieces should not be cut or they will unravel. The smallness of the Hand tied weft is great for weaving. Hand tied hair can be cut from the weft to use for fusions.
Regular weft: this hair is not cut into pieces but is one continuous weft that can be cut. The weft is slightly larger than the hand tied. Our remi hair regular weft is also a very flat nice small weft. Hint: To help against shedding after you cut the weft add some bonding glue on the edges.
Does it hurt?
I think they can last up to 4 months or so but they are high maintenance! You need special shampoo and conditioner %26amp; you need to go back to the salon again and again to have them redone. I haven't heard many good things about extensions to be honest. They are also very expensive!! So you should try what I use - the Jessica Simpson clip in hair extensions. They are brill! And they come in so many colours %26amp; styles! I think they're called "Hair-do" or something.
i heard three months. you really need to take care of them.
The glue in kind are not advised or last longing, or good for your hair or...just don't glue in. The sewn in type last very long, like 6 months to a year depending on how you take care of it. However, clip-ins can be taken out easily and let you change your look quickly. The latter is reccomended.
The longest ones that I just heard about can last up to 3 mo. u can wash it, brush it. What they do know is they glue it to ur hair, i know tht sounds weird but I heard it from reliable source's just 2 days ago on the TV guide channel "look a like, stars" he does the make up and hair for the stars. It doesn't hurt but it is time consuming I'm sure
to just get them on the sides of your head??? just quesstimate,,,please!!! and i thank you!!!
individal hairs are very expensive like $8 to $1200 hundred....strips or braids are cheaper.....alot of the price depends on the quality of the hair used.....last 3or 4 months then you need a touch up!!!
depends clinp in last over 2 years, but those are put in dailt cost around 50-300 already sewn, put in your head will cost 300-500 bi monthly
dont get hair extensions just go with your natuarl look
Hair extensions are really nice....:) thy suit sum people....! It depends really some are exspensive and some are quite cheap..
yea they do. I hated sew ins but I just got my first glue in 2 days ago. it's GREAT and looks totally natural. Don't outdo it please with that long hair. That's just plain nasty... Oh and please find a person whose good with hair to do it for you. Never do it yourself unless you wanna go bald..
I buy my own hair from Sallys beauty supply and glue them in or I have my sis glue them in. It costs about $30 for the human hair and $1 for the glue. To remove in use baby oil and to get the baby oil out use Dawn dish soap. Shampoo wont cut it lol
ok good question if you hair stylist knows how to do them then ya they work and they can range anywheres from 50- 500 depending on quality
Yes they work! Have them glued in not sewed. call your local salon for prices since they vary so much in prices extensions here go from $20 to over $2000 depending. Also make sure you get 100% human hair extension!!!
Not if they are placed correctly in your hair. Make sure they don't pull on your natural hair and u should b fine.
shall i get some are they good?
where is the best place to get them?
xxx
Hair Extensions Have Been AROUND 4 "A WHILE" Now ! !
at LEAST a FEW Years ! !
also try http://www.hairextentions.com or hairquestions.com
they are NOT the "new thing". you can tell they are fake. or at least i can.
Hair extensions are not new, they have been popular a few years now. The look at the moment is short stylish bobs i think. Most professional salons do hair extensions, so look in your phone book or google good salons in your area online. They are usually priced between 200-1200 UK pounds, depending on whether you use natural or synthetic hair, or want half or full head. I know Racoon extensions are the best, celebs like Victoria Beckham wear these ones. Priced around 800-1000 full head. They are glued/bonded or weaved into the root and have to be rebonded every 8-12 weeks to prevent damage. You will get an aftercare leaflet. Personally, I had a disaster with them years ago. I got half head extensions done for 200 pound,it was advertised as human hair but certainly wasn't a great brand / as they couldn't be washed or brushed! I had no aftercare advise, i didn't know they had to be taken out and rebonded so I kept them in to they matted and fell out, (along with my natural hair) Warning this can leave you with bald patches. So do your homework and research professional salons. Usually you should get them just to thicken your hair if it is fine, or add length and volume if you are growing out a style. Not as permanent thing, as they can destroy the roots over long periods of time.Temporary clip-ons from Sally's hair traders in the Uk are just as good for a quick fix, parties etc . They are human hair and come in good range of colours-and are more affordable.Goodluck!
nice copy and paste ..person above me.
and as for the first answer...no you cannot tell they are fake at all if they are done professionally.
you can get clip in's and i would recommed this unless you are willing to dish out over a $1000. make sure whatever you get that it is real hair and not synthetic because you cannot do anything with synthetic because they will melt. even with a blow dryer. if you get ones that are made of 100% remy hair, it is human and can me treated as your own.
to answer your question, no they are far from new. i just think that now it is ok for people to be more open in having thing sort of thing done....like acrylic nails.
people coming out with a more affordable type such as clip ins have made it easier access for people to give them a try.
i suggest making an appointmet for a free consiltation at a salon that does great lengths or socap. you never know till you talk to someone. you cannot get this type of info here and or over the phone. you will have to do it in person.
Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.
Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful.
Electrolysis and laser hair removal are "permanent" hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.
A review of the various hair removal methods is available at http://tinyurl.com/ob6tt
You should sew them because if you use wax it will take you hair out when you try to take the extensions out.
You can get hair extensions anywhere there is enough hair for them to weave it into, which is not a lot. So yes, you can.
Yes. You can also get it styled based on the look you are trying to achieve.
Yes you can ask your barber to knot thousands of hairs on yours.
If you want it on the top of your hair it's called a clip on extension you can also get the combs, which are small combs fitted with hair.
yes, hair extensions can be sewn into your hair when braided, or glued to your scalp.
Yes you can....there are many different techniques that people use....like for a man or someone that has hair already they use a a hair net or cap with netting on it so that your hair can breathe underneath.....It is called a sew in..and best idea is to look for a Sew in Specialist in your area..need more info....email...
http://www.findarticles.com/p/articles/m...
Yes and its actually common with people who grow bald on the tops of their heads.
whats the best type to get and are they the same thing as a weave? i think i spelled it right, and if not what's the difference
thanks so much
I've Had Weave Glue Ins And Bonded, But I Would Say Clip Ins Are Probley The Best And Cheaper! The Glue Ones Wrecked My Hair With Them Falling Out If You Dont Wash Them In Cold Watar %26amp; Dnt Get Shampoo Or Conditoner On The Root Of Them The Glue Stays In Your Hair For Ages! The Weave Was Good But Way Sore And Gave Me Headaches Soo Not Worth It Pre Bonded Were Good but feel out after like 3weeks u have to take real good care of glue ins so i no clip ins sound **** but there actually the best ones thats what i have went back to
i only no of 3 types...the individual ones where hair is clamped on to it , glue, and weave....out of all i suggest the weave...the frst 1 i suggested hurts like hell and is easy to rip your natural hair. the glue application tends to melt when your in the sun and gets onto your other hair ...weave is a wider section of hair that requires only ur hair n string...goodluk
heyy i have had many hair extentions in the past.
they are kinda the same as a weave, but a weave is when they stitch the hair in.
With hair extentions you can either have them glued though out your hair or get clip in ones.
i have had both and let me just say glue in ones are a bugger the itch and they are so hard to get out!
i suggest if you are going to get hair extentions get human hair clip in ones they are amazing i love them.
you get get them of ebay in all different lenths from5 to %26amp;150
or from hot hair in debernems for %26amp;140
:)
Great Lengths hair extensions. www.hairuwear.com you can find a local stylist to help you. I have been doing extensions for 17 years. If you find the right stylist they are awesome.
The best type to get are clip-ins, they are cheap, easy to use, and wont ruin your hair!
A weave is different, and only works on certain types of hair. They braid your real hair in rows around your head, and then sew on the hair extensions. Probably not the best way. Just never glue them, it will make a mess of your hair!
I just a crazy color and just a streak.
Sally's beauty salon there pretty cheap and good quality.good luck
Sallys Beauty Supply.
:]
I plan on having extentions sewn in for a little while and I was wondering if anyone could tell me a brand that can stand up to the heat of a flat iron or hot rollers.
Sewn extensions are bad for your hair, they pull at existing hair and can cause damage.
I would recoomend glued extensions or clip in.
I use clip in. HairDo by Jessica Simpson. They work well, and you don't have to wash them everytime you get in the shower because you can remove them. They're a good price, and you don't have to worry about tangling while you sleep, because you can simply take them out.
All the human hair extension can.
Premium Yaki. I just got my hair done and the hair looks and feels so real. It's a great brand!
how do you get them to stay curly or have that semi dreaded look?
dumb question maybe
but if you could help me that would be amazing.
thanks
if you have human hair u can use curl activator and a curling iorn but if you have fake hair ones you put on a good curl gel and make tight twists at night and leave it all night then right beafore you leave to go somewhere you take out the twists
Will you be offering a range of styles? Including a chastity belt plait maybe? Are we talking rainbow colours or natural hair colours? That is a plan which could take off, or "go down" like a tonne of hot bricks.
one word....hotcakes!!!
nothing quite like going downtown and finding MORE hair than should be there in the first place
i think its kewl, make them long enuff to braid so the vagina will have a beard like cpt jack sparrow.
I think you're a freak! Let me know how the project is coming along!!!
gross good luck with that i wear mine bald
its hair that already has glue on it. all you have to do is use an iron on the hair .
i think they call them quick waves and they might be sold at a hair store.
I'm not sure where you live, but I did see it at King Discount Beauty %26amp; Barber Supply in Panoroma City, California. Here's their phone number: 818-893-1786 GOOD LUCK!
depends on what type you get.
there's fusion; the MOST damaging. when you take them off, your hair goes with them.
micro beading; not damaging at all. the beads just clamp the extension to your natural hair.
clips; you can do it yourself, but the hair usually isn't the best quality and you have to redo it every day.
sewing; they sew it onto a braid in your hair.
all these techniques last for around 6 - 8 weeks. aside from the clips.
talk to a professional near you for prices.
Its depends on how its done and how well you take care of it.
