Best Kind Of Hair Extension Glue?

I'm having a friend put in some extensions for me. My hair is bleached blonde....I'm just wondering, what is the best kind of glue? And is it better to glue just bunches, or have a track glued in? I've been reading around, and hear of liquid gold, etc?
