You can always look into Beauty Schools. A lot of them have clinics where they work on the public for a lower price than a salon. And all services are supervised by a liscensed Cosmetologist.

They are all expensive, if u want something cheap then youre going to get what youre paying for.....so if u dont want short hair u gotta go somewhere good, so it will turn out the way u want it too.
