Hey there. You could try COBA Academy. It's a hair school in downtown Orange in the heart of the Orange Circle. They're extremely cheap (student hairdresser prices) and, because it's a hair school, they are completely up to date on all of the best techniques for all hair types and conditions. Don't worry, your hair will only be done by senior students and you will be under the close supervision of beautician-instructors. They do EVERYTHING and full weaves start at $50. If your hair is already damaged and thin I wouldn't get hair extensions, they can damage your hair also. You should get some reconstruction conditioner first and try to restrengthen your hair.
